CHARTERS and passenger service

We are proud to offer Sail Cargo and Charter Services to the Southern Gulf Islands, in addition to Day Sailing opportunities with our partner Mill Bay Marine Group aboard Providence, our 80’ LOA class B tall ship. Built in 1903 she is the oldest working vessel in BC waters and has spent her entire life plying the sea earning a living as a commercial fishing vessel, coastal freighter and charter vessel. She is a gaff rigged ketch giving her a distinguished look that draws admirers where ever she lands.

OUR MISSION

To honour, preserve and celebrate maritime heritage while providing sail cargo and passenger services in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner in the Salish Sea.

Our Vision

To use Providence to build community and new standards of sustainability, ethics and global responsibility in business. Through the sharing of this common ground we aim to build awareness and develop relationships among the diverse people, communities and cultures of our coast. We are committed to sustainable shipping while adhering to the professional foundations of the maritime industry in safety, diligence and respect.
